Brandon and Steve were truly incredible. From the second I walked in, I felt like I was being helped by friends—not salesmen. Poor Brandon stood outside with me in the blazing heat while I went back and forth (and back again) trying to make a decision. He never once rushed me, never pushed—just stood there with a kind smile, answering every question with patience and care. Steve made the rest of the process just as easy—he was honest, calm, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my choice. There was absolutely no pressure, just real, honest help from two people who clearly care about their customers. I left with a car I truly love and an experience I’ll never forget. It’s rare to feel this good after making a big purchase. I’ll never buy from anyone else—Brandon and Steve have set the bar impossibly high. They’re the kind of people who make you believe good customer service still exists.

I didn’t think I could be any more impressed with Velocity Auto Source, but then I reached out to Steven about a question on the car I just bought—and he really came through. He made sure I left happy and taken care of. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want you to have a great experience. If you’re like me and had never heard of them before but are reading reviews to decide, this is your sign—go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Best experience in have ever had buying a vehicle. They treated amd my family so well as well explain everything throughly. Also was only there for 45 mins and most of that was me talking. Definitely will recommend and buy future vehicles here.

I bought a 2016 LandRover and LOVE it!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I looked at the car and started the process but didn’t have time to finish it. They let me take the car and come back and sign after work and had everything ready for me to sign. From start to finish.. great experience and the guys working there were so nice! Thank you all and we will be back in the future!

Today we bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Latitude. I haven’t walked into a car lot since 2020 while living out of state and across the country, and I can genuinely say that I had the very best experience purchasing a vehicle at Velocity Auto Source today. The process was as quick and easy as possible, including trading in my old car and financing the new one. All of the salesmen who were present/working on the lot today were extremely kind, personable, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with all of the decisions we were making for our trade + upgrade to a larger SUV. They were extremely honest and walked us through everything step by step, showing us all documentation and their costs vs ours, as well as extra options for warranties on a used vehicle, which I’ve never experienced or received in the past when buying other cars at different dealers. Prior to coming in person, I was able to speak with + ask every question I could think of via text, which was so convenient before making the almost hour drive to their location to test drive and ultimately purchase the vehicle. I genuinely cannot recommend this car lot or the salesmen working there enough!
